Product Overview
Fizzle Yamaha Cooling Upgrade Kit is a cooling system upgrade for 2017 and older Yamaha SHO and SVHO watercraft. It is designed to feed the intercooler the water it needs to operate efficiently while also providing hardware for an optional engine cooling upgrade.
Better cooling helps control peak engine temperatures, reduce heat soak, and maintain more consistent performance during repeated acceleration, sustained load, and warm riding conditions. This kit is a practical supporting upgrade for Yamaha builds where intake air temperature and engine temperature management matter.
Kit contents include a new aluminum pump cover plate with brass outlet fitting, a 1/2-inch thru-hull transom fitting, full 316 stainless steel hose clamps, and high-quality 1/2-inch hose for the new cooling lines. Verify fitment and installation requirements before ordering.
