Better cooling helps control peak engine temperatures, reduce heat soak, and maintain more consistent performance during repeated acceleration, sustained load, and warm riding conditions. This kit is a practical supporting upgrade for Yamaha builds where intake air temperature and engine temperature management matter.
Kit contents include a new aluminum pump cover plate with brass outlet fitting, a 1/2-inch thru-hull transom fitting, full 316 stainless steel hose clamps, and high-quality 1/2-inch hose for the new cooling lines. Verify fitment and installation requirements before ordering.
