SAME DAY SHIPPING

Calas Performance Products ships out all in stock orders via UPS or USPS the same day up till 3 pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend will ship out on Monday. Tracking information is emailed to customers the evening after the package has been shipped out. Customers placing internet orders that have discrepancies or are out of stock will be contacted by phone or email.

BACK ORDERS

There may be times when some parts that you have ordered will be out of stock. In the event of ordering an out of stock item we will call you regarding the out of stock parts and give you two options.

Option 1 : Hold Order & Ship when all parts are in stock.

What this means to you is you can place your order online, we will hold your order until all items are in stock and then shipped to you for immediate delivery.

Option 2 : Immediate shipment of In stock items with delayed shipment when out of stock items are replinished.

What this means to you is once you place your order online, we will ship out to you all in stock items and hold shipment of any out of stock items until they are replinshed. If you choose this option depending on the items and supply replenishment you may recieve multiple packages in shipment to complete your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Calas Performance parts ships internationally. As a disclamer due to constant changing freight costs shipment costs are quoted per order. International customers should include both a phone number and email contact informantion with their order so we can contact you regarding a shipping quote for your order.
