BROKEN IN HALF and full of water?! 😱 Welcome back to another crazy episode of Calas World!

Today, we’re taking on a massive project: a Sea-Doo GT-X Limited with an iDF system that literally snapped in half. To make matters worse, it had to be towed back, which flooded the engine with water. We are talking milky oil, hydro-locked cylinders, and a ton of rust.

Ernesto pulls the engine out of the hull, tears it completely down, and sends it off to the machine shop. But we aren't just rebuilding it to stock—we are upgrading it with our premium Calas Performance parts! Watch as Ernesto breaks down the science of rotating mass, weighing out the stock parts versus our lightweight upgrades to show you exactly how we're making this ski an absolute beast on the water.

After a satisfying engine build timelapse, we drop it back into the ski and head out to the lake to meet the owner. Let's just say… we might have found the ultimate Kenny Rogers lookalike! 😂 Watch until the end to see "Kenny's" reaction when he takes his newly built Sea-Doo for a test ride.

Upgrades installed in this video:

Calas Performance Lightweight Flywheel

Calas Performance Lightweight Magneto

Calas Performance Lightweight Counter Balancer

Calas Performance Lightweight Cam Gear
